Why Zapier, just build a solid webhook feature that works with Zapier, Make.com, Pabbly etc... I would be using the webhook to send web voice forms transcriptions/audio file to my CRM/ticketing software.

Could you give specific examples of how you'd like to use Zapier (we're starting to build it ;) )
