One suggested feature is the ability to record audio messages to be easily shared over email. I realize that is the intended function of your software, but it fails miserably. I also don't know why you bother with a gmail/google integration tool, because it doesn't actually allow me to record audio, only access old recordings. $30/month for this buggy mess isn't even the part that pisses me off, it's spending minutes "recording" (where the timer is going and the audio graphic is displaying that it is recording my voice) only to finish and have no record of that attempt. Instead of saving me time, I've spent more time attempting to record audio only to find it doesn't exist.
