Being able to search recordings by name, transcription & dates

To adapt it to the written language. ➕ And formatting the text to make it easier to read. Possibility of use: #_## ## H1 H2 H3 Paragraph Bold, Italic Bullet points

Love the idea but it's not a good UX yet. The "enter your email address" field is actually the email the voice note is being sent to. It shouldn't be asking for the user's email. It should automatically populate my email for them and they should not have the ability to edit this. If they do, the recipient will get an email saying MY business just received a voice message from my collect form. Not good.

Possibility to upload a previously prepared recording, e.g. from a dictaphone, instead of a live one. Sometimes it's easier to record directly on your phone when you don't have internet access.

Right now, if you close the Vocal window before uploading a voice note, the message is lost. We should add a check that prevents that from happen or shows you the non-uploaded message next time you open Vocal.

Easy to setup forms that can be shared via link to anyone (podcast audience, customers, ...)

So users can use the business plan without buying a 5 team member plan
